The What

What we practice: Braver leadership communication patterns, conflict resolution and dialogue transformation, and organizational communication culture change for a fast-paced, increasingly diverse, and technology-forward world of work.

Together, we focus on learning and development, culture strategy, and reimagining traditional ‘default’ modes of interpersonal communication. I partner with organizations to cultivate trust and collaboration within impact-driven teams. Recognizing that interpersonal communication is a dynamic interplay of self and other, our work together generally involves:

  • an initial discovery and assessment period,

  • a tailored design/creation process,

  • ongoing practice,

  • and a retrospective to co-design strategies for sustainable transformation.

The How

My preference is to work with clients who seek to be in relationship with me and with the transformation they seek in order to maximize impact and outcomes. A 3-month minimum container is suggested for most services, although exceptions are made per project. 

All services are offered on a sliding scale and negotiable.

    • Repair & Trust-Building Support: Mediated sessions or dialogue facilitation as needed to address breakdowns, rebuild relationships, and strengthen accountability between teammates.

    • Integration & Evaluation: Pre/post assessments, retrospectives, and ongoing feedback loops to measure impact and support long-term culture shifts.

    Note: This package requires a 9-month minimum commitment.
