“We choose to feel for the sake of getting free.”

— Alta Starr

The What

What we practice: Braver leadership communication patterns, conflict resolution and dialogue transformation, and organizational communication culture change for a fast-paced, increasingly diverse, and technology-forward world of work.

Together, we focus on learning and development, communication culture strategy, and reimagining traditional ‘default’ modes of organizational & interpersonal communication.

The work together generally involves:

  • an initial discovery and assessment period,

  • a tailored design/creation process,

  • ongoing practice and resource-sharing,

  • and a retrospective to co-design strategies for sustainable change.

The How

My preference is to work with clients who seek to be in relationship with me and with the transformation they seek in order to maximize impact and outcomes. A 3-month minimum container is suggested for most services, although exceptions are made per project.

Not sure where to start? Take the assessment to explore.

All services are offered on a sliding scale and negotiable.

Client Perspectives:

  • "I gained specific, tangible, actionable tools I have been using not only in my professional life as a manager, direct report, and peer, but also in my personal life [...] I have rarely had a work training that not only enhanced my work but also gave me tools I could so easily and fluidly translate into living a life in line with my values. I can't thank you enough!
