A little bit about me…

Professionally, I’m a consultant, culture transformation facilitator, and leadership communication coach. I focus my time on helping individuals, teams, and organizations navigate interpersonal dynamics in today’s evolving world of work. Personally, I’m a third-culture kid, first-generation born in Montréal to Haïtian immigrants and raised in Miami, Florida. Adapting to new environments while finding and adjusting for ‘fit’ has been a lifelong practice ground for navigating uncertainty, tension, and reorienting towards my center. I think it’s one of the many callings I have here in the school of life. And it’s certainly the foundation for doing this work.

Through Curios Consulting, I work with leaders and organizations to transform the interpersonal dynamics that shape culture, performance, and trust. Through coaching, facilitation, and consulting, I help teams move from unclear, avoidant, or reactive communication to more intentional, self-aware, and effective ways of working.

My approach sits at the intersection of communication, leadership, and culture change — and it’s purposefully s l o w. Because lasting transformation doesn’t come from quick fixes, but from building the awareness, language, and practices that change how people show up together.

Most teams don’t struggle because of strategy.
They struggle because of how people communicate.

One of the questions that has guided my work thus far is: How can we make space for the complexity of humanity in our workplaces while keeping our shared purpose at the center? Too often, how we work together stifles our ability to find answers to this question. But I believe that the curiosity to interrogate the status quo, to tap into the shared consciousness that can change maladaptive patterns, and to name hard truths can liberate the way we work together, if we’re willing to let them.
